He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Tyson and Vera Tyson (Pettis). He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, James J. Tyson (Janice M. Tyson) of Layton, UT and Laurie E. Canfield (Douglas Canfield) of Deale, MD; and his siblings, Richard A. Tyson of International Falls, MN and Darleen Gleesing of Perham, MN.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter.
