He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Nitek and Dorothea Nitek; and his siblings, Ronald Henry Nitek, Sr., Russell Papcke and Penny Lowrey.

He is survived by: his daughters, Natasha Nitek and Trista Nitek of Tucson, AZ; and his sisters, Cheryll (Greg Thurston), Dawn Nitek of Green Bay, WI and Donna Brummelt of Surprise, AZ.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
