He is survived by: his wife Lana; his children, Wayne (Jennifer) of Oshkosh and Laura Hoffman (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Clay Parmley of Sturgeon Bay, Spencer Parmley of Sturgeon Bay, Regin Hoffman of Sturgeon Bay and Rayna Hoffman of Sturgeon Bay.
