He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis August Juergens, Sr. and Wilhelmina "Minnie" Caroline Juergens (Reomke); and his siblings, Walt, Gerhardt, Marty, Emil, Karl, Ernie, Adolf, Paul, Harold, Edwin and Clara.
He is survived by: his children, Heather White (Kris), Sara, Derek Mataczynski (Jenna), Reverend Gerhardt Juergens (Sarah) of North Dakota, Grace, Hannah, Joshua, Karis, Cindy DeRoss Jr. (John) of Oregon, Howard Wood II (Rosa), Helynn Wilson (Brian), Cody Wood, Caleb Wood (Emma Lee), Joy, Clara, John III, Ruth, Matthew, Minnie (Dale Broadwater) of Ohio, Brittany Friedel (John) and Ashley Grace; and his sisters, Minnie Chamberlain of California and Marge Baughman of Washington. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
