He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Johnson and Daisy Johnson (Wolf); his brother Don Johnson (Joan); and his brother-in-law Glen Dappen. He is survived by: his wife Jean of Ladysmith; his daughter Cheri Lee (Jim) of Bruce, WI; his grandsons, Brandon and Aaron; his daughter Trudy Quillen (David) of Hollytree, AL; his grandchildren, Noel, Noah, Micah, Michaela, Malachi, Moriah and Seth; his daughter Tresa Juedes (Mike); his grandchildren, Kyle and Cody (Harlie); his great grandchild Taehler Lee; and his sister Judy Dappen of Florida.
