He is survived by: his sister Rosetta Cilek of Ladysmith; his nieces, Cyndi DeCook (Tim) of Ocoee, TN, Cheryl Schindler of Ladysmith, WI and Carol Hennekens (Jeff) of Hudson, WI.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gage DeCook (Aly) of Clive, IA, Corey Schindler (Sarah) of Ladysmith, Jennifer Moore (Matt) and Meagan Polite (Ben) of Big Timber, MT.; and also Mickey of Hudson, WI.
