He is survived by: his children, Theodore of Maui, HI, Delton Jr. of Elgin, IL, Robert (Stephanie) of Clackamas, OR, Patricia Ellwanger of Ladysmith, WI, Debora Arneson (Bill) of Cornell, WI, Diane Koch (Tom) of Deming, NM and Utha Donnelly of Tallahassee, FL; and his brother Bobby Dean Robbins of Elgin, IL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
