She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; her parents, Howard Collins and Pauline Collins (Stanford); her siblings, Howard, Ronald, Paul, Danny Collins and Charlotte Stapleton; her siblings-in-law, Gerald Banks, Robert Haas, Janet Collins and Elanor Collins; her nephews, Bobby, Randall Haas and Nicholas Collins; her niece Ronda Collins; and her parents-in-law, Anthony and Marjorie Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Banks of Marshfield and Rick Collins (Melinda) of Illinois; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Collins of Cornell and Kathy Collins of Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, plus numerous relatives.
