He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, David W. (Heather Smith) of Racine, Timothy J. (Luda Smith) of Ladysmith and Scott D. (Marjorie Smith) of Woodruff; and his sister Doris (Robert Mitchell) of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
