He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hershey and Ella Hershey of Ladysmith, Wisconsin.; his sister Lois Hershey; his brother-in-law Jim Hackman; and his grandson Fane Christian Hershey.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hershey; his children, Bevely Stutzman (Marvin), Scott Hershey, Weldon Hershey (Linda), Jerry Hershey (Haylee), Shyann Hershey and Clovis Hershey; and his siblings, Evelyn Kauffman (Arthur), Dan Hershey (Jane), Stan Hershey (Beth), Rachel Michaels (Joel), Jim Hershey (Gina), Alan Hershey, Gerald Hershey, Wes Hershey (Wanda), Abbie Mast (Ken) and Beth Reinford (Dale). He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; a beautiful great-granddaughter.
