He is survived by: his children, Kathleen (Jerome Fox), Victoria (Bill Boettcher), Christine McManaway of Phillips, WI and Thomas Slack of Rice Lake, WI; and his brother Ralph Slack of St. Berlin, WI.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
