He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Poupart and Dorothy Poupart; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Poupart, Edward Poupart and Anthony "Buster" Poupart; and his grandsons, Peter Jason Gilman, Michael Collier, Sheldon Williams, Jr. and Clayton Buckholtz.
He is survived by: his children, Flora Ann Gilman (Mike), Arlene "Dorie" Vasseur (Jan), Phillip "Joe" Poupart (Nancy), Patricia Wesley (Wayne), Mary Kay Collier (Chuck), Theresa "Tessy" Poupart and Polly Vachon; and his siblings, Tommy Poupart, Frederic "Biff" Poupart, Flora LaBelle and Cappy Landin. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
