He is survived by: his wife Joan Pindak; his daughters, Lorrie Anne Maki (Duane) and Joan Anne Mazat (Shawn Hacker); his grandchildren, Lee Anne, Lorraine and John Henry; and his brother Bob Mazat (Donna). He is also survived by his grandchildren being PaPa.
