He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Marquez and Laura Marquez; his wife Patti A. Marquez; and his brothers, Peter Marquez and Susano Marquez.
He is survived by: his son David Jonathan Flying (Evelyn); his stepchildren, Nichalas Goetsch (Naomi) and Stephanie Ernest (Brian); and his siblings, Mario Marquez (Peggy), Ray Marquez and Benna Cross. He is also survived by many grandchildren and step grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
