He was predeceased by: his father Ron Foster. He is survived by: his mother Sharlene Foster; his wife Terri Lockwood; his sons, Austin (Megan) and Kyle; his grandchildren, Jane and Wilson; his brother Daniel Sr. (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Daniel Jr., Brek, Emily and Brooklyn; his in-laws, Jerry and Linda; and his sisters-in-law, Tracy and Allison.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Foster family to be donated to a charity of their choice.
