He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Zalewski and Bernice Zalewski (Skrzypkowski); and his sister Mary Ann Rusin. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia A. Krush; his children, Kim Overholt (Mike), Karrie Davin (Mike), Kris Lacourse (Scott) and Kurt Zalewski (Denise); and his grandchildren, Ben, Megan (Kim), Kayla, Cody (Karrie), Cassie, Tyler (Kris) and Jake (Kurt).
