He is survived by: his mother Eileen Siwek (Hagerty); his siblings, Phil Siwek (Kristine) of West Allis and Kristine Gostomski (Greg) of Hartland; his nephew Kyle Gostomski; his niece Kaitlyn Doyle (Kyle); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Callahan and Benson Doyle. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
