She was predeceased by: her father John Quackenbush; her grandparents, Nancy, Gerald Wescott, Theora, Edward Quackenbush, Tim O'Neill, Mike Pike and Tony Frias; and her pet Buster.
She is survived by: her mother Nanette Quackenbush (Bill); her husband Richard Halvorsen; her children, Matthew, Kristen and Mason; her stepchildren, Wyatt, Julieann and Colton; and her siblings, Kimberly Wise (Matt), John Quackenbush Jr. (Paula) and Jeremy Quackenbush (Crystal). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
