He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kruk and Mabel Kruk (Clark); his siblings, Robert Nelson, Phyllis Vollrath (Nelson) and Betty Schumacher (Nelson); his brothers-in-law, Donald Mickelson and Jullian "Jim" Chaput; his nephew David Nelson; and his great-niece Amelia Lynn Wilson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Linda (Donald), Fisher (Kruk), Mary Chaput (Nelson) and Doris Mickelson (Nelson); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Nelson (Lindvig) and Darrell Schumacher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
