He was predeceased by: his parents, William Benish (Bill) and Marilyn Benish; his sister Cristine; and his uncle Dale. He is survived by: his friend Bill; his uncle Larry; his siblings, Mary Ann and Jeff Benish (Cindy); his uncle Tony Benish (Janell); and his aunts, Sherry Rushman (Charles) and Vicki Parr (Larry). He is also survived by cousins and extended relatives.
