He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dempsey (North); his siblings, Regina Jeffers (Duane) and Richard Dempsey (Vonda Gilmore); his children, Eugene Dempsey (Sandy) and Tarry Casper (Brett); and his grandchildren, Katherine Roth, Kaitlyn Dempsey, Connor Dempsey, Sara Roth, Tirzah Dempsey, Quinlan Dempsey and Gerry Casper. He is also survived by his grandchildren, working with his bird dog, and spoiling his cat.
