He was predeceased by: his mothers, Pearl Smith (Henthorn) and Holly Floyd Smith, Sr.; his wife Ruby; his siblings, Floyd, Myron Smith of Waupun and Phyllis Johnson (John); his grandson Richie Blakeley; and his son-in-law Ron Slocum.
He is survived by: his children, Jerald (Kathy) of Holmen, Allen (Pam) of Phillips, Norman of Elkhorn, Jeff (Jane) of Williams Bay and Marilyn Slocum of Delavan; and his siblings, Berdyne Bray (Gerry) of Madison and Merrill of Waupun. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, & great-great-grandchildren, and many other relatives.
