She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Clark and Nellie Clark; her husband Carl; her siblings, Berlie Clark (Ara), Leland Clark (Esther), Zenneth Widner (Lawrence), Thella Wolfe (Dale), Mary Strait (Robert), Phyllis Appleman (Henry), Dale Clark, Vernie (Pat) and Hollis Jorgenson; and her half-brother Hollie Clark (Ida).
She is survived by: her children, Vernie Smith, Barbara Francis (Dennis) and Jacqueline Sjoberg (Paul); her grandchildren, Luke Francis (Katherine), Rebecca Conley (Timothy), Grant Francis (Laura), Rachel Cochran (Tyler), Lana Williams (Matthew), Andrew Sjoberg and Joseph Sjoberg; her great grandchildren, Shaphan, Baruch, Ahava, Chara Conley and Caleb Francis; her sisters, Violet Jorgenson and Mae Fronk (Ed); and her sister-in-law Mava Clark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or plants memorial should be directed to the charity of the donor's choice in Donna's name.
