He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Hysel and Amy Hysel (Parr); his son K. C.; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Steven (La Crosse), Pamela (La Farge), Douglas (Kathie), Carl (Sylvan) and Sandra Hughes; and his siblings, Ronald (Annette), Robert (La Farge), Jock (La Crosse) and Joyce Hysel (La Farge). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family suggests memorial donations to Kickapoo Haven Nutrition Center, or the La Farge Ambulance.
