With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie S. Hengel of La Crosse, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Allen (Willie) and Catherine Allen; and her mother-in-law Nelda J. Hengel. She is survived by: her husband Phil Hengel; her children, Roman Wells (Amy) of Holmen and Alyschia Wells of Eau Claire; her grandchildren, Jaxsyn, Torynn and Briela Wells of Holmen; her sister Debbie Calverley (Marc) of Mount Carmel, Illinois; her nephew Bryan Calverley (Sara); her stepdaughter Heidi Nieling (Nicky) of Rochester; and her stepgrandchildren, Everly and Arlo Nieling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services (200 West Ave S, La Crosse, WI 54601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
