He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Skoug and Rachel Skoug (Wagner). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Heth; his children, Hether Skoug (David Thompson) and Jeff Skoug (Jane); his grandchildren, Meghan and Joe Skoug; his sisters, Sharon Hammes (Bernie) and Dyanne Reinke; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Heth (Jenny) and Dan Heth (Jeanette). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Legacy Church (1214 County Rd PH, Onalaska, WI 54650). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
