He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Hoyer. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Hutchins (late Robert Hutchins) and Thomas Rankin (Kay Kwosek-Rankin). He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
