She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phelan and Mary Phelan (Austin); and her husband Steve Zemlo. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Laughlin (Jim) and Andrea Hanlon (Shawn); her grandsons, Paul and Ryan Hanlon; and her siblings, Anne Tieyten, Marian Cattanach, Pat Lathrop, Joe Phelan and Gerry Phelan.
