He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne; his children, Ronald Tischer (Kari) of La Crosse and Stacy Westcott (Steve) of Holmen; his grandchildren, Kayla, Samantha, Jack, Dylan and Carson; his great grandchildren, Parker and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Judy Houlihan of La Crescent, MN and Richard Tischer (Katie) of La Crosse. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
