He is survived by: his wife Carol Weissenberger (Schoolcraft) of La Crosse, WI; his children, Nathan Weissenberger (Vicky) of Holmen, WI and Nicole Weissenberger of La Crosse, WI; his grandchildren, Madelin, Alex, Aaron, Lauren and Lucy; his great grandchild Lainey; his siblings, Rose Marie Zeisler of Deforest, WI, Ann Place of Yakima, WA, Barbara Sekach of Tomah, WI, Mary Jo Havertape of La Crosse, WI, Jean Weissenberger (Mike Olson) of La Crosse, WI, Kathleen Stout (Dave) of La Crosse, WI, David Weissenberger (Kathy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Thomas Weissenberger (Karen) of Sparta, WI, Michael Weissenberger (Joan) of La Crosse, WI, John Weissenberger (Toni) of Iron River, WI and Peter Weissenberger (Sara) of Elizabeth, TN; and his brother-in-law John Schoolcraft (Sharon).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mother of the Church (2006 Weston St, La Crosse, WI 54601).
