He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Emily, Will and Austin; his father A. Thomas Allen of Des Moines, IA; and his siblings, Katie Martin (John) of Des Moines and Michael Allen of Burnsville, MN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Mayo Clinic Health System Cancer Center in La Crosse, Mary Mother of the Church Parish or the La Crosse Central High School Athletic Department.
