Marcia J. Swift Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcia J. Swift of La Crosse, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Migacz and Eugenia Migacz (Slupianowski); her brother Wayne Migacz; and her great grandchild Milo Swift. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Cheryl Swift of New York City, David Swift (Megan) of La Crosse, Leanne Becker (Brad) of Castle Rock, Colo, Sandra Brudvig of Williamsburg and Allan Swift (Judy) of Holmen; her sister Sharon Rice of Downingtown, Penn.; her grandchildren, Andrew Swift (Abby), Katie Fields (Colton), Emily Wiora (Greg), Anna Johnson (Mike), Lauren Bennett (Stephen), David Becker, Daniel Becker, Carolyn Swift, Ben Swift and Molly Swift; and her great grandchildren, Theo, Margot Swift, Logan Fields, Lena, Arthur Wiora, Otto, William, Noah Johnson and Nolan Bennett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A prayer was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services (200 West Ave S, La Crosse, WI 54601). A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar St. James the Less Catholic Church (1032 Caledonia St, La Crosse, WI 54603).
