He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Candahl and Edith Candahl (Colby); his brothers, Ernest "Skip" Candahl Jr. and Dennis Candahl; and his son-in-law Dave Borger.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Ritter; his children, Mike Candahl (Renee) of Brownsville, Minnesota, Melissa Candahl Borger of Galesville and Michelle Candahl of La Crosse, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Jerimiah (Karlie), Damian and Alexis; his great grandchild Matthias; and his sister Raine Candahl of La Crosse.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services (200 West Ave S, La Crosse, WI 54601).
