The passing of Dorothy (Engh) Johnson-Gray (La Crosse, Wisconsin) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 96. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Carol Berg, Elnore Gilbertson, Margaret Brye, LeVerne, Roland and Duane Engh; and her siblings-in-law, Donald, Kathryn Johnson, Victor and Doris Peterson.
She is survived by: her son Dr. David Johnson (LeeAnn Podruch); her grandchildren, Emily (Matt Meehan) of Alexandria, VA and Alex (Amy); her daughter Jeanne Gardner (Doug) of La Crescent, MN.; her grandsons, Todd Gardner (Liz Dudley) of Woodbury, MN and Nick Gardner (Rachel) of Apple Valley, MN.; her great grandchildren, Hayden Lei Lani Gardner, Alia Grace Gardner, Margaret "Maggie" Meehan, Baylie Barger, Chelsea Galbreth and Liz; her great great grandchild Stetson Barger; her siblings, Rachel Wrobel, Esther Erlandson (Sherman) and Frederick "Fritz" Engh; and also, Olivia and Will. She is also survived by thirty-seven nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (612 Division St, La Crosse, WI 54601). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Our Savior's Lutheran Church.
