He was predeceased by: his parents, David Richmond and Imelda "Marian" Richmond; and his siblings, Avis Bell and John Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Trocinski of Dakota; his sons, Todd (Karen) of Sun Prairie and Bill of McLean, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Gracelyn Richmond and Evan Richmond. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crucifixion Catholic Church (423 S 2nd St, La Crescent, MN 55947).
