He was predeceased by: his parents, George Forer and Margaret Forer; and his son Peter. He is survived by: his wife Monica Flottmeyer; and his children, Jim Forer (Sherry), John Forer (Tracy), Tom Forer (Dee), David Forer (Stephanie), Sheila Olson (Mark), Sandy Becker (Jerry Davenport) and Laurie Rose (Dave). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
