She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Viner and Lillian Irene Viner; her parents-in-law, Mildred (Millie), Clarence Maack Sr. and Betty J. Giese; her daughter Jodie Lynn Sommerfeldt; and her close friend Janice Zenker.
She is survived by: her children, Heidie, Hollie, Nikki Jo, Jason, Joshua and Heather; her husband Steven Lee Brown; her brother Edward Lloyd Viner; and her close friends, Carol Wuensch, Jeannie Bakkestuen, Kathy Erickson, Sally Miller and Red Hats. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
