He is survived by: his sister Geri Guy (John) of Onalaska; his niece Gaylene Lemon (Gordon) of Palm Bay, FL; his nephews, Garren Guy of Madison and Gibby Guy (Ken) of La Crosse; his niece-in-law Debbie Guy of Holmen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason Myers, Dylan Guy, Carly Guy, Jessi Miller, Bryanna Guy, Janelle Lemon, Elora and Layla.
