She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Blades and Jennie Blades; and her grandparents, Maxine Kouba and Ronald Kouba. She is survived by: her grandmother Dolores Schinleber; her sisters, Stacey Kammel (Matthew) and Judy Wellnitz (Rory Skifton); her fiancé Dave Smith Jr.; her niece Kayla Wellnitz; her nephews, Richard and Brandon Blair; her aunt Jeannie; her uncle Jeff Nylander; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by nine step-children; 32 step-grandchildren; many cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Fredrickson Funeral Home, Woodruff Chapel (4239 Mormon Coulee Rd, La Crosse, WI 54601).
