She was predeceased by: her father Arnold Parczak; her stepfather Casey Wawiorka; her siblings, Frank Parczak and Martha DeTaege; and her half-brother James Rosenberg.

She is survived by: her mother Rose Parczak (Filipiak); her daughter Amanda Parczak; her granddaughter Piper Parczak; her sisters, Pauline Nooyen (Clayton) and Maxine Carlson (Dan Smith); and her sister-in-law Laura Rosenberg-Malby (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being set up to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Julie's name.
