Constance Ann Stevens Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Ann Stevens (Kohler, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 15, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Herbert and Lester Herbert; and her brother Kent Herbert. She is survived by: her husband John; her sister Mary Wehner (Dick); her children, Kathy Mauer (Curt), Chris Stevens, John Patrick Stevens (Kelli) and Sarah Hayes (Chad); and her grandchildren, Alex Rozzo (Mike), Julia Mauer, Patrick Stevens, Jack Stevens, Maddie Schultz, Payton Schultz and Macallister Hayes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Breast Cancer Research or St. Nicholas Hospice.
