He is survived by: his wife Denise of Knapp, WI; his pet CoCo; his children, Steven Prochaska of Cedar Rapids, IA and Angela Loomis of Biloxi, MS; his siblings, Gloria (Meyers) and Jerry of Loomis; and his uncle Ralph Meyer of New Albin, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
