She is survived by: her husband Dale Samuel; her children, Tina Nieman (Jeremy), Patrick Horn (Denise) and Michael Horn (Gina); her stepchildren, Michael Johnson (Amy), William Heitman, Joshua Samuel (Lisa) and Danielle Lofton (Alphonzo); her grandchildren, Shelly, Haylee, Nick, Julian, Macee, Bailey, Kinsey, Samantha, Tyler, Troy, Patrick, Mathew, Amber, Emily, Alexis, Paige, Payton, Destiny, CamRon, Camaya, Alphonzo Jr, Rihanna and Zaid; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Simmy and Adalaya.
