He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Sr. Hoff and Myrtle Hoff (Earl); his siblings, Alana and Terry; his parents-in-law, Robert and Lucille Hayden; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Schoenoff, Vivian Hayden, Kenneth, Vernon, Glenn Hayden and Chuck Schoenoff.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hayden; his sons, Allen (Megan) and Joshua; his grandson Leo; his sister Dianne Andrews (Wendell); and his sisters-in-law, Sally Janssen, Anne Marie Hoff and Marie Hayden (Bob Fizel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
