She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; and her children, Daniel Lockery and Barbara Hernandez. She is survived by: her children, Beth Addy (Tom) and Brian Lockery (Therese); her grandchildren, Lauren Addy, Morgan Dutton (Robert) and Craig Hernandez (Amber); her great grandchildren, Waylon and Leah; her son-in-law William Hernandez; and her sister Betty Nelson.
