He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Watkins and Carolyn Watkins (Smith); his wife Charlotte Haas; his son Paul; and his siblings, Barbara, Jean, Karen and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Watkins (Susan) of Raymond, SD and Diane Oberli (Jim "Wilbur") of Barron; his grandchildren, Chris Lehman (Sam), Stephanie Henning, Andrew Watkins (Jennie) and Eric Watkins (Angel); and his siblings, Rick Watkins (Donna) of Wickenburg, AZ, Wes Watkins (Dale) of Dallas, Tom Watkins (Ginny) of Weaverville, NC, Elaine Watkins of Dallas and Catherine Lammers (Duane) of Cumberland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
