He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Langer and Joseph Langer; his wife Laverne; his children, Andrea Langer, Vicki Rudzena (Gary), Scott Langer, Chris Loomis (Jeanine), Pamela Dunlap, Stephanie Loomis, Morrigan and Nick Dunlap-Loomis; and his grandsons, Josh and Cody Langer. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews and many friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross and the Dane County Humane Society.
