He is survived by: his wife Bettie Blum; his children, Jeff Smith (Noreen) and Michelle "Missy" (Trace); his granddaughters, Lindsey, Taylor and Lilit "Cat"; his sister Janice Condit (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Barb Luebke and Mary Dombrowski (Len). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Community Church (N2541 County Rd K, Waupaca, WI 54981). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
