It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Van Gompel (King, Wisconsin), born in Little Chute, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Gompel and Ardena Van Gompel (Verbeten); his siblings, Robert Van Gompel, Joannie Johnson, Kathleen Van Gompel and Karen Van Gompel; and his brother-in-law Richard Johnson.
He is survived by: his spouse Dace Knostenbergs; his children, Brenda Jamroz (Steve), Holly Colligan (Sean) and Marty Van Gompel (Heidi); his grandchildren, Jonah, Anna Jamroz, Norah Van Gompel, Riley and Patrick Colligan; his siblings, Paul Van Gompel (Kathy) and Sharen Wolf (Tom); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Van Gompel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
