He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Kamke and Dorothy Kamke (Schultz); his sister Dianne; and his brother-in-law Willard. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Phil, Dyllan (Courtney), Zach, Riley, Conner Belle, Trent Jr., Jack, Halli, James (Ramonita), Alex, Nick, Maia, Matelea, Delia and Audrey; and his sister Judy Baer (Don). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
